Terms & Conditions Callaway Paradym Golf Set Giveaway (Promotion) is subject to the following terms and conditions.
The Promoter is Elm Point Operations Pty Ltd (ACN 169 725 786) and Black Bull Golf Club (ACN 611 780 173) of 40 Silverwoods Boulevard, Yarrawonga, Vic, 3730 (Promoter). The development is known as ‘The Sebel Yarrawonga’ and ‘Black Bull Golf Course’ (Development).
Terms and Conditions of entry
By completing the online registration form on winatblackbull.com.au, the entrant accepts these Terms and Conditions of entry.
Who can enter?
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Applications are open to all those over the age of 18 and who reside Australia (entries from New Zealand not accepted). Employees of Black Bull Golf Club, The Sebel Yarrawonga and Elm Point Operations Pty Ltd, as well as their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Any eligible entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process will be ineligible to win.
How to enter?
Entrants must scan the QR code as advertised in Golfers Digest Magazine (November 2023, December 2023 and January 2024 editions) or enter via the online advertising across Golf Digest’s website and social pages and complete the online registration form. By completing this online form you acknowledge and agree that Black Bull Golf Course and The Sebel Yarrawonga have the rights to publish winner details. Promotional Period Entries open from 1 November 2023 (AEST) and closes 31 January 2024(AEST).
Any entries received after the close date will not be considered.
Multiple entries by the same person will not be considered valid entries. One entry per person only.
Promotion recipient receives – The Prize
Callaway Paradym Golf Set, including full Custom Fit using Trackman 4 Technology.
One night’s accommodation at The Sebel Yarrawonga.
Total package value: RRP $6,000.
Note: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for any other item and is not redeemable as cash. Travel expenses to and from The Sebel Yarrawonga and other incidentals at the winner’s own expense. Alternatively, the winner can elect to receive the Callaway Golf Clubs to be delivered to their home address in Australia. Judging of applications - The recipient of the prize will be randomly selected from all entries received.
Contacting final recipient
The deemed winner and recipient of the Promotion will be notified by 12pm (AEST) on 8th February 2024 via your mobile telephone number provided in the online entry form. Failure to claim the prize by 15th February 2024 (As set down and agreed) means the terms of the prize will lapse and a new recipient will be selected.

Such information collected includes your name, phone number, email address, street address and points of identification as evidence of your eligibility to apply for the Promotion. If you do not provide all the personal information we request from you, you will not be eligible for the Promotion. We may disclose personal information about you to our related entities, third party agents and service providers to assist us in conducting, administering and publicising the Promotion and in the operation of our business to provide the products and services you request. Your personal information will not be disclosed to overseas recipients who use the personal information to assist us in the operation of our business. General
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from an eligible entrant winning a prize in the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, loss revenue or profit) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or accepting or using a Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize offered in the Promotion. If, for any reason whatsoever, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves its right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available, subject to State and Territory regulations. Disclaimer The prizes provided are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash and/or to any other offer and/or product/service from The Sebel Yarrawonga and Black Bull Golf Club . The Sebel Yarrawonga and Black Bull Golf Club are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged prizes. The winner of this promotion must agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material. The winner will be required to arrange their own travel to /from The Sebel Yarrawonga and Black Bull Golf Course, alternatively the winner can elect to receive the golf clubs sent direct to them.
